描述
Avicularin 是一种存在多种植物中有生物活性的黄酮类化合物,具有抗炎、抗过敏、抗氧化、保肝、抗肿瘤等作用。在 LPS 刺激的 RAW 264.7 巨噬细胞中,Avicularin 通过抑制 ERK 信号通路产生抗炎活性。Avicularin 能通过调节 NF-κB(p65)、COX-2 和 PPAR-γ 的活性来改善人类肝细胞癌。
