1.依靠孢子随风扩散,能侵染和寄生松毛虫等多种昆虫虫体,使其得病死亡。属好气性菌,生长发育过程需足够氧,中性或微酸性环境生长良好,pH值8以上不能生长,菌孢生长适宜温度24~28℃,高于50℃大量死亡,0~5℃生长缓慢,甚至休眠。生长湿度90%~95%为宜。

?白僵菌制备


1.白僵菌对营养的要求主要是碳源和氮源,以及少量的微量元素。根据其好气性特性,要选择质地松散、含糖量较高的原料配制培养基,如米糠皮、麸皮、黄豆饼、葡萄糖、磷酸二氢钾等。白僵菌在5~30℃均可生长繁殖,以24~28℃最为适宜,控制适宜温度和湿度也可防止杂菌生长。
